Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are ideal for improving your cardiovascular system, strengthening your body, improving flexibility, and managing your weight while keeping you motivated. We have strength, cardio, and flexibility classes available Mondays through Saturdays. No matter your fitness level or interest, we have a class for you!
Group Fitness Classes for Older Adults
The Tallmadge Recreation Center offers several group fitness classes geared toward older adults. These classes often use chairs to aid with balance and focus on improving strength, flexibility, and range of motion to make the activities of daily living easier. These classes are designated with an SS in front of the name on the Fitness Class Schedule above.
Personal Training
The Tallmadge Recreation Center has partnered with Butler Fitness to provide expanded Personal Training services and make personal training available and convenient for anyone's schedule.
